In our consultancy and knowledge exchange projects, we focus on three things: Firstly, we focus on understanding our client needs and engage them throughout the project. Secondly, our approach and deliverables emphasise on people centred designed principles that use contemporary knowledge and expertise from not only CIBR but also across the University as well as from our extended network. Thirdly we help our client take over the deliverables and transfer knowledge to sustain the improvements or changes that create enduring positive impact.

CIBR also develops training programmes and conducts research in the above areas that best match our clients’ needs and requirements. In close cooperation and engagement with our clients, we embed our training into the broader goals of their business and employees. Our objective is to meet their needs by offering more knowledge, training skills and encouraging new behaviour. Our tailored programmes can be delivered at GITAM campus, in-house at their own premises, or at any other suitable venue to all of us.

Our pedagogy for delivering training sessions go well beyond the ordinary face to face lecture. Our motive of the training sessions to actively encourage and engage all participants to take responsibility for their individual learning. Challenging lectures alternate with practical cases, simulation games, exercises, role play, debating, workshops, etc. with experts to promote inclusive practice. Participants will have ample opportunities to understand, shape and influence and apply knowledge to processes, practices and policies. They can put this into practice and can therefore contribute actively to the professional development of their own organisation.
